Lavinia is a lifelong resident of Charleston. After raising a family, Lavinia began her career in real estate, specializing in the Old and Historic District where she and her family have always lived. She has been a Realtor for more than twenty years and joined Disher Hamrick & Myers as a Broker Associate shortly after the Residential Division was formed in 1984. The Charleston Trident Board of Realtors has recognized Lavinia for many years as a member of its Million Dollar Club. Lavinia attends St. Michael`s Epispocal Church. She is a former member of the Junior League and enjoys membership in the Colonial Dames and the Low Country Garden Club. She combines her great love of gardening with community service by lending her garden for fund-raising tours. After having lived in Charleston`s Historic District all of her life and marketing its homes for more than twenty years, Lavinia has a wealth of knowledge of this wonderful city, its houses and people.
