Leslie returned to the Lowcountry after a 30-year absence. In the interim, she lived in New York City, Princeton, NJ, and Chatham Center, NY. She began her real estate career in 1985 with Heather Croner Real Estate in Millbrook, NY. In 1997, she opened her own company in Columbia County, NY focusing on large farms and hunting estates and working primarily as a buyer broker for New York City residents seeking a second home. She served on the board of the Columbia Land Conservancy and has a solid background in the donation of conservation easements.
